Puppies, Pinot and Prizes – a night of dogs, art and wine – please join me on the 18 th July at the Berkeley, Lower Kings Road, Berkhamsted from 6.30pm
Since that first wolf crept out of the woods and became a companion to man, both sides have treasured this unique relationship. Bonds of friendship, love, trust and protection are built and can last a life time. A dog will love you whatever you do or wherever you go, so long as you go together. It’s a tragic element of modern life that an increasing number of people are finding themselves without a safe home, many having lost a home simply because their dog was not welcome.
And it is these brave dogs, standing by their humans that we will help through this fund raising evening.
I visited DOTS who provide vet care, food, leads, toys and lots of love and care for any homeless dog and its owner who need it. I spent an afternoon with them at their station on The Strand in London and met some of these loyal friends, it is these incredible people that we want to support.
I’ve teamed up with the luscious Berkeley Gallery and Wine Bar for an evening filled with my animal paintings, displays, little talks from DOTS and myself and lots and lots of prizes and one very special TV vet to draw the raffle! Every penny we make will go to the dogs.
Please keep an eye on my FB page for details as they come together or message me direct – it’s
going to be fabulous and very, very productive – Sara xx
